Daily Log: Week 6 Day 7

Breakfast: Strawberry Mini Wheats in 2% Milk
Lunch: Grilled cheese, tortilla chips, water
Dinner: Chicken patty, mashed potatoes, apple, sesame sticks, chocolate peanut butter cookie, water
Snacks: N/A
Water:  2 liters
Exercise: 2 modified routines, 10 minutes of Just Dance on Wii, 80 crunches
